In my region there are many ways to cook fish, this time I will introduce you to three:

patarashca

- Fish
- Bijae leaves
- Condiment
- Onion
- Culantro
With the fish clean and seasoned, the pancita is flavored with the dressing previously prepared, wrap with the bijao leaf and put in charcoal to cook, finally serve and taste.

For breakfastNormally in my breakfast there is a ratchet of fried banana with fried egg, you can also go accompanied with another type of clear meat. There should always be mazamorra, either quinoa, chocolate, rice pudding or chapo. |
For lunch
Inexhaustible in my lunch, cooked rice, the food dishes are very diverse, because, one day can be spicy, another may be rice with chicken, roasted chicken, Arabic rice, even roasted gamitana. Usually the soft drink is prepared of lemon, however we also make cocona, carambola, camu camu, pineapple or apple, I always add cinnamon and cloves, to add taste.
For dinner
When it's time for dinner, we always prepare cinnamon tea, cloves and anise, spices that we put to boil, and complement a bread with butter or jam.
